The owners clearly paid attention to detail throughout the hotel. I appreciated the availability of extra towels and toiletries. The communal area provided a very nice space . I also found the self check-in instructions easy to follow , ensuring a smooth arrival.
The room I stayed in felt a bit small , and moving around was slightly difficult.

I found the room clean. The bed was really comfortable. I slept great. The location is good. The Babbacombe Cliff Railway is just a short walk away.

luke our host greeted us upon arrival. he did our check in. luke showed us our room. he explained we could use the downstairs lounge to relax. there was complimentary tea and coffee. the landing had a fridge. it contained extra milk and biscuits. Extra towels was available. the room was clean. the bed was comfortable.
the shower cubicle felt small, there was no shelf for soap and the water pressure was low.
