Excellent Stay, Attention to Detail and Cleanliness
nice attention extra towels communal area smooth arrival
The owners clearly paid attention to detail throughout the hotel. I appreciated the availability of extra towels and toiletries. The communal area provided a very nice space . I also found the self check-in instructions easy to follow , ensuring a smooth arrival.
The room I stayed in felt a bit small , and moving around was slightly difficult.

The hotel is conveniently located, with shops just a short walk down the street. It takes only a few minutes to walk to the promenade from here. This makes it easy to access local amenities.

My room was very clean and spacious enough. The bathroom looked really clean. I found complimentary coffee and tea with milk in the room. It was a treat. This added to the comfort of my stay.

the room was clean and the location was great
the bathroom felt really small and awkward, the shower cubicle was tiny and it was hard to move without bumping into things there were no shelves for soap, inconvenient

Really good Stay, Clean, Comfortable, and Convenient
clean room comfortable bed good location
I found the room clean. The bed was really comfortable. I slept great. The location is good. The Babbacombe Cliff Railway is just a short walk away.

super clean stay
friendly host clean room complimentary tea
luke our host greeted us upon arrival. he did our check in. luke showed us our room. he explained we could use the downstairs lounge to relax. there was complimentary tea and coffee. the landing had a fridge. it contained extra milk and biscuits. Extra towels was available. the room was clean. the bed was comfortable.
the shower cubicle felt small, there was no shelf for soap and the water pressure was low.

the hotel is a short walk to the promenade. the area is quiet. there is a nearby hotel where some guests dined. many local attractions are within easy reach, ensuring convenient access to entertainment.

The facility was clean and fresh. There were lots of nice little touches (i especially appreciated the forgot box).
